  • Understanding Attitude vs Behaviour and teamwork dynamics
  • Introduction to Picture Perception & Discussion Test (PP & DT)
  • PP & DT practice with mentorship feedback

Day 2

Screening Essentials – OIR & PP/DT Mastery

  • Learn the art of story-writing from pictures
  • Master the discussion phase with hands-on exercises
  • Receive personalized feedback to sharpen communication skills
  • Understand the Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) Test and its significance
  • Build screening stage confidence through practice

Day 3

Psychology & PIQ

  • Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) & Confirmatory Series
  • Importance and relevance of Personal Information Questionnaire (PIQ)
  • Learn how to effectively fill your PIQ
  • Master TAT storytelling techniques to highlight your personality
  • TAT practice with detailed mentor feedback
  • Introduction to Word Association Test (WAT) and strategies for success
  • WAT practice with personalized feedback
  • Begin shaping your personal Officer Image

Day 4

Advanced Psychology Testing

  • Situation Reaction Test (SRT) & Self-Description Test (SDT)
  • Apply psychology training in practical situations
  • Strengthen decision-making and reaction skills
  • Understand how evaluators assess instincts and responses
  • Master Self-Description (SD) to present yourself authentically

Day 5

Integrated Psychological Practice

  • Full practice of TAT, WAT, SRT, and SD in a simulated psychological test
  • Receive personalized mentorship feedback to refine your approach

Day 6-10

Interview Technique Mastery

  • Personality mapping through OLQs and interview theory concepts
  • Learn to identify clues in behavior and handle probing questions
  • Importance of Body Language during the Personal Interview
  • Psychological testing debriefs with live assessment feedback

Progressive Group Tasks (PGT)

Command & Half-Group Tasks

  • Practice Half-Group Task (HGT) and Command Task (CT)
  • Mentored feedback on your psychological dossier
  • Sharpen decision-making under pressure

Day 15

Obstacles, Lecturettes & Final Feedback

  • Tackle Group and Individual Obstacles
  • Participate in Final Group Task and conference simulation
  • Final GD & Lecturette practice
  • One-on-one feedback sessions with mentors
